Project Brief
Dance Umbrella handed over the programming reins to Tony Adigun, inviting him to curate a one-night artistic extravaganza. The result, The Factory, is an immersive, dynamic, and informal celebration of dance, fashion, art, and music, creating a “Festival within the Festival.”
The night showcased Adigun’s company, Avant Garde, alongside an eclectic lineup of talents, including visual artist Leanza-May, Neon Dance, BBC Young Dancer finalist Kieran Lai, designer Bettina John, and performance artists .2Dot. Headlining the event were DJ collective Tramp Häus and Adigun’s own choreographic work, The Dinner. With special audio-visuals, surprise guest appearances, and a vibrant party atmosphere, The Factory was an unforgettable experience, redefining the boundaries of contemporary performance.
